A lot of people do things to look like they have a lot of money. They act like they have a lot of money when they don’t, wear expensive clothes, and post lots of pictures on social media about how fancy their life is supposed to be. But how do people who are really rich live? We dug deeper and found a story, full of greed, honesty, naivety, loneliness, and even some dangerous moments.
“I worked as a waitress when I was younger.” A very rich guy wanted to go on a date with me, but I said no, even after he left me $500 tips.
I went to work one day and saw him there with a guy who looked important. Then he told me he had bought the whole place where I worked. It turned out that the second guy was a lawyer.
We began dating. He bought me a car and a small apartment and took me on trips.
