THIS LEMON GARLIC LOBSTER TAILS: WOULD YOU EAT THEM? Is it a yes or no?
Lemon garlic lobster tails sound absolutely mouthwatering! Here’s a recipe to make this delicious dish:

4 lobster tails
4 cloves garlic, minced
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Additional melted butter, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

Set the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
Carefully cut through each lobster tail’s top shell lengthwise with kitchen shears, stopping at the tail; do not cut through the bottom shell. Keep the meat attached at the base and carefully pry the shell open to reveal the meat.
Lay the lobster tails out on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Add the chopped parsley, melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to a small bowl. To make the lemon garlic butter sauce, thoroughly mix.

Evenly cover the exposed lobster meat with the lemon garlic butter sauce using a spoon, letting some run off into the shells.
The lobster tails should be baked in a preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the shells are a vivid red color and the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

After the lobster tails are done, take them out of the oven and let them to cool a little.
If desired, serve the lemon garlic lobster tails hot with extra melted butter on the side for dipping and lemon wedges as decoration.
Savor your luscious lobster tails with lemon and garlic as a sumptuous appetizer or entrée!
A crisp green salad, roasted vegetables, or a side of rice are all excellent accompaniments to this recipe.
