Everyone who has been outside of their home country probably has a few stories to share about interesting things that happened to them while they were away. This is normal, because somewhere else there will always be something strange and hard to understand. The main character of this story has also been abroad and still can’t forget it.
“A friend and I went to Italy. The guys at the table next to us were looking at us while we were in a café.
I know a little Italian, so I knew they were talking about us and how easy it would be to pick us up.
Suddenly, one of the guys got into a fight with the others, and they started making fun of him.
I got up and went up to the guy. I told you we should go out tonight. Yes, he said.
